What is PDR?

Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is an industry recognized repair process that involves the removal of hail damage, door out dings and small to medium dents from the vehicle’s exterior surface panels retaining the original paint finish.  

How does it work?

In most cases, this procedure involves specialized tools, which are used to remove surface imperfections by applying pressure from the back panel. Damages and defects may also be repaired by “tabbing” and pulling the exterior of the panel from the topside. Using  these techniques, we are able to restore the panel appearance, thus eliminating the need for refinishing  the panel’s surface area. The panel may also be accessed by removing  trim pieces, through window openings or by removing inner panels.
